One of the most entertaining games of the season was when these two sides met back in August. After going behind with the first minute, Langley fought their way back and dominated the rest of the first half being rewarded with a 2-1 lead at the break. the second half, however, was dominated by newly-promoted Peterborough who applied pressure on the Langley defence throughout the half. Eventually, in the 65th minute, their hard work paid off and the got an equalizer. The game finished 2-2 which seemed a fair result for both sides however it could have gone either way if the teams were more clinical.
Peterborough will be looking to consolidate their position in the playoffs currently sitting in fourth spot, two points clear of 6th place! Chris Cummins' men will be looking to add to their points tally and start surging up into the top half of the table. Kings Langley will be full of confidence after last Saturday's 2-0 win against a strong Nuneaton side. Top scorer Mitchell Weiss will look to add to his goal tally this season. Peterborough have scored 60 goals so far in the competition, so Langley will need to be solid at the back.
Overall it is going to be a great game between these two sides. We wish our visitors a safe journey down to The Orbital Fasteners Stadium, and we hope you enjoy your time with us.
